Setting Up Instructor Led Training Events, Tracks, and Sessions
When you add ILT Events, you will do the following:
- Set Up Event Details - the basic details for the Event.
- Add Tracks – You may have multiple Tracks for an ILT Event.
- Add Sessions – You may have multiple Sessions for multiple Tracks.
- Add Enrollments – These are set up separately from the Event on the Enrollments menu of the ControlPanel.
The following are the optional tasks for implementing ILT. These tasks may be relevant to your implementation, but are not required to implement ILT.
- Add and select Property Fields for ILT Sessions and Enrollments
- Add Asset/Material Categories to organize ILT Assets
- Add Assets/Materials for ILT Sessions
- Add Assessments/Surveys for ILT Session Enrollments
- Add and map Certificates to ILT Session Enrollments
- Add and map Prerequisites to ILT Sessions or Enrollments
- Add and map Credits to ILT Enrollments
- Manage search-ability for ILT Sessions in other sub LearnCenters
